Doing the rounds I came across a few more leaf car pictures earlier and thought i'd throw them up here as the original post only had the one image. These detail a little better how the unique roof of the Leaf car looks and works. Just like a real leaf, the roof is able to emit oxygen from it's surface as well as doubling as an ultra efficient solar panel which is one of the ways in which it provides power to the car as well as using the wheel turbines. Obviously this is a concept project but it actually works! Give the technology a few years and we could very well see elements of this vehicle making their way to mass produced cars in the future.
